What this tool can fix

Clean bad coordinates, duplicate points and empty features so files are easier to open and convert.
Fix wrongly drawn areas, such as polygons whose edges cross each other.
Handle small gaps between neighboring areas and parts that overlap each other.
Align line endpoints that are very close but not connected.
Remove very narrow or tiny area fragments to reduce messy map pieces.
Optionally merge neighboring shapes when you want many small pieces combined into larger shapes.
