GeoTools.cc provides free, browser-based geospatial data processing tools including but not limited to data format conversion, coordinate transformation, geocoding, and data visualization. All processing is performed locally in your web browser.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service in an excessive manner

4. Data Privacy and Security

GeoTools.cc processes all geospatial data entirely within your web browser. We do not upload, store, or have access to any files you process using our tools. Your data never leaves your device. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and code of GeoTools.cc are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Files you process using the Service remain your property. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

While we strive for accuracy in geospatial data conversions and transformations, we make no guarantees about the precision or correctness of processed results. Users should verify critical geospatial data independently.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GeoTools.cc be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
